The fact is that there are no such Tips & Suggestions that a mother should be told to manage her child. Managing power is God-Gifted to “Every Mom in the world” for her own child. Definitely, the way of managing would be different.
So now, let’s reverse the question that might get a close answer.
“Is it easy to manage a toddler for working DAD?” I believe that this question has never been asked or heard in any forum before. Some people may find this question strange as to why the working men are being asked, but this question shall lead to the answer.
When the father works full time and the mother works part time or not at all, then Moms take on more of the responsibility for parenting tasks and household chores. But when both are working then there is lack of only one thing that is “time”. Here the problem begins…..
Now the family life is changing, the role of Moms and fathers play at work and at home. Never assume that Mom will see only her children and at the same time she will do household chores smoothly.
Not only father, it is important to everyone to remove the false gender gap in how mothers and fathers describe their household’s distribution of work. The sharing of responsibilities is about equally. Be honest and spare your time and share your thoughts with your family.
If both are on job, definitely it proofs that they are mentally, physically & economically fit. So doesn’t require any spoon tips or instruction manual how to manage your toddler.
